Co.,Ltd.is a joint venture funded by Shantui Construction
Machinery Co.,Ltd.,Shangtui Machinery company and Komatsu
Company ,Japan.The Company occupies 28000 m2 if wirkshops,It
mainly produces accessory welding parts of excavator,bulldozer,wheel
loader,etc for Komatsu,Japan and domestic market with annual
production ability of 9000 sets of excavator bucket and arm,3000sets
of excavator boom.
The company has 2 bucket-production lines with more than
20 units of equipment including 7 units of efficient multi-function
position-varying machine. The line can produce various excavator
buckets from 6T to 40T and other working equipments for bulldozer
and wheel loader. At the same time the company has 1 boom-production
line and 2 arm-production lines with the equipments ampounted
to more than 30 units .The key welding procedure is done by
7 robots imported from IGM and the maching procedure is guaranteed
by effcient boring and milling center equipped with Korea
imported docuble-change working platform .The three lines
can produce various excavator booms and arms from 6T to 40T.The
parts appearance is processed by equipments from international
or domestic reputable brand.At the present, the company is
international advanced level whatever in workmanship,managment
and production ability. |
